• Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days).

• Note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping (if available) will be mentioned on the product/checkout page.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID and link so you can follow your package in real-time.

Packaging & Safety

• If your package looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Issues with Delivery

If you receive a wrong, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and product images. We’ll assist with replacement/refund as per our Returns Policy.
